WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located in unit 106B of the Hardin Street Building at 9816 Hardin Street, Fort McMurray, Alberta, T9H 4K3. The Hardin Street Building is across the street from the Peter Pond Mall.

WHERE DO I PARK?

On weekdays before 7am and after 4pm as well as weekends, you are able to use any of the parking spots in the parking lot adjacent to the building. Between 7am-4pm, there are unmarked spots in the parking lot which can be utilized, as well as street parking nearby off Biggs Avenue.

WHICH DOORS DO I ENTER?

The building hours are 7:30am-4:30pm and both the front and side doors will be open during these hours. Before or after these hours, please enter via the side doors; where a security guard is stationed to allow guest access.

WHAT STYLE OF CLIPS DO YOUR BIKES USE?

We have Schwinn AC Group Cycle bikes; which have SPD clips on one side of the pedal and have a toe cage on the other side of the pedal.

DO YOU HAVE RENTAL CYCLE SHOES?

Yes! We offer shoe rentals for $2 per class. We have a limited number of pairs per size, so we suggest arriving for class early to secure a pair if you want to use one!

ARE CLIP IN SHOES REQUIRED?

No! Clip in shoes are optional.

DO YOU DIRECT BILL TO INSURANCE COMPANIES?

Yes, we direct bill to most major insurance companies! Unfortunately, direct billing is not available for workers compensation boards, motor vehicle insurance claims, or Alberta Health Services funding; due to the restrictions these third parties place on our ability to provide exceptional care. Please double check with your insurance provider if you have any questions about your coverage.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We require 24 hours notice for cancelling and rescheduling massage therapy, physiotherapy, and acupuncture appointments. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment are billed at 50% of the service cost. Missed appointments with no notice are billed at the full price of the service.

We require 4 hours notice for cancelling and rescheduling class reservations. Unlimited members are charged a $15 fee for late cancellations and no shows. Punch pass holders and drop in guests are deducted one pass for late cancellations and no shows.

CAN I JOIN A CLASS IF I’M RUNNING LATE?

To keep everyone safe and ensure a smooth experience, you may join a class up to 5 minutes after the scheduled start time. After that, late entry is not permitted — especially for cycle and fitness classes, where missing the warm-up increases the risk of injury, and for yoga classes, where late arrivals can be disruptive to the flow. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to get settled and make the most of your session.

DO YOU OFFER CORPORATE DISCOUNTS?

Yes! We offer corporate discounts for select organizations for punch passes and unlimited memberships. To find out if your workplace is eligible, please contact us directly or check with your HR or wellness coordinator. We’d be happy to help you get set up.

ARE YOU ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS?

Yes, we are always accepting new clients for massage therapy, acupuncture, and physiotherapy! Our physiotherapist maintains a busy schedule, so there may be a wait for the initial appointment.
