CYCLE

CYCLE 45

A high-energy, 45-minute spin session designed to push your limits. Expect heart-pounding sprints, challenging climbs, and energizing intervals — all packed into an efficient, sweat-dripping ride. Perfect for those who want maximum results in minimal time.

CYCLE 60

A longer, endurance-focused 60-minute spin class built to boost your stamina, strength, and mental grit. With a mix of speed bursts, resistance challenges, and active recovery, this ride will leave you feeling strong, accomplished, and unstoppable.

RHYTHM RIDE

A 45-minute immersive spin experience where the beat leads the way. Feel the music take over as you climb, sprint, and groove through rhythmic sequences — it’s cardio, strength, and a dance party all in one. No experience needed, just bring your vibe. Please note that cycle shoes are mandatory for these rides.

RISE & SHINE BOOTCAMP

Wake up and power up! This fast-paced, full-body bootcamp blends strength, cardio, and functional movements to ignite your energy and boost your metabolism — all before breakfast.

HIGH-YO

A dynamic fusion of yoga and strength work designed to elevate both your heart rate and your mindset. Flow through energizing sequences paired with powerful movements, leaving you feeling strong, stretched, and unstoppable.

RISE & ALIGN PILATES

As the sun rises, so will you, moving through a carefully curated sequence that emphasizes alignment, stability, and fluidity. Each exercise is crafted to engage your core, improve your posture, and enhance your overall strength, leaving you feeling balanced and revitalized. 

You’ll explore the connection between breath and movement, discovering how to cultivate both physical strength and mental clarity. This class is suitable for all levels, inviting you to honour your body’s unique abilities while challenging yourself to grow.

LUNCH BREAK PILATES

Step away from your desk and onto the mat for a 45-miunte mid-day refresh. This quick yet effective Pilates class helps release tension, improve posture, and strengthen your core — so you can head back to work feeling stronger and more focused.

YOGA

Take a mindful break from your day with this 45-minute gentle, rejuvenating yoga class. Stretch, reset, and breathe — so you can return to your afternoon feeling refreshed and recharged.

FLUIDITY FLOW

Discover the art of movement, with an emphasis on cultivating awareness and presence as you transition seamlessly between postures. Each movement becoming it’s own meditation, allowing you to explore the subtleties of your body while letting go of distractions and embracing the moment. As you surrender to the rhythm of your breath you’ll be encouraged to move with intention.

HIPS & HAMMIES

Join us for a focused exploration in our Hips & Hammies class, where we blend dynamic movement with mindful stretching to target two key areas of the body. This class combines fluid movements with mindful stretches to enhance flexibility, stability, and overall body awareness. With modifications offered to cater to your personal practice, we’d love to have you share your practice with us. 

DEEP RELEASE STRETCH

Unwind and reconnect with your body, where time slows down, and each breath invites you into a realm of relaxation. This class is designed to gently release tension and cultivate flexibility through a series of nourishing postures held for extended periods. 

As you melt into each stretch, you’ll explore the depths of your body’s capabilities, awakening forgotten areas of tightness and fostering a sense of spaciousness. Guided by soothing music and mindful cues, you’ll embark on a journey inward, discovering the art of surrender and the beauty of stillness.
