RHYTHM RIDE: SABRINA CARPENTER
Clip in for a high-energy, beat-driven ride set to the bold, flirty, and unapologetic pop of Sabrina Carpenter. Expect a rhythm-based class where every push, tap-back, and climb hits the beat; from “Espresso” to “Please Please Please.”
RHYTHM RIDE: TATE MCRAE
Clip in for a rhythm ride set to the raw, emotional, and high-energy hits of Tate McRae. From soft, introspective moments to explosive beats like “greedy” and “exes,” this class takes you through waves of control, chaos, and full-body release.
Expect a beat-driven ride with choreography, climbs, and powerful pushes that build intensity as the music hits harder. It’s equal parts vulnerable and strong—just like the playlist.

SPRING EQUINOX GUIDED MEDITATION
Spring equinox is the real beginning of the year. A time when nature reawakens, life begins anew and energy shifts into action. To celebrate this fresh start, come embark on a magickal journey of the heart and partake in a ceremonial cacao experience. After sharing in the medicine of the sacred cacao drink, you will be guided through an immersive, meditative journey that will take you to your own sacred heart space.

Saddle up for a high-energy ride set to nothing but Morgan Wallen. This rhythm-based spin class blends heavy climbs, fast flats, and beat-driven choreography that’ll have your legs burning and your confidence sky-high. Clip in and get ready to ride through every era of Taylor. This beat-driven spin class is all about syncing your pedal strokes to the music—climbs, sprints, and choreography that hit right on the beat. Whether you’re here to shake it off, scream-sing the chorus, or just get a killer sweat in, this ride is for Swifties who want cardio with a little ✨drama✨.

THE TOTAL BODY TRIATHALON: PILATES, YOGA, & CYCLE
Join Morgan & Brandi for a dynamic studio experience that brings together three movement styles in one energizing event.
We’ll begin with yoga to warm up and mobilize the body, setting a strong foundation for movement. From there, we’ll transition into Pilates to build strength, control, and stability—pausing midway for a quick refresh with hydration and cool lemon cloths.
We’ll finish strong with a high-energy spin class, bringing everything together for an empowering full-body experience.
This event is about moving well, building endurance, and sharing the experience as a community—not competition.

POP-UP: RAGE RIDE — A HEAVY METAL CYCLE CLASS
Rage Ride is a heavy-metal spin class built to let it all out. Loud music, hard climbs, aggressive sprints, and zero chill. This ride is about power, grit, and pushing past your limits—whether you’re here to burn off stress, fuel your fire, or just ride angry. Expect sweat, strength, and serious attitude.

SOLSTICE STILLNESS: RESTORATIVE YOGA
Step into the quiet beauty of the Winter Solstice—the pause between darkness and light. Solstice Stillness is a deeply restorative yoga practice designed to honor this moment of reflection and renewal. Through gentle, fully supported postures, calming breathwork, and soothing stillness, you’ll be guided inward to rest, release, and reconnect. As we honor the longest night, we invite in the light—both around us and within.

TAMAS TO TEJAS: A SOLSTICE FLOW
Tamas to Tejas is a journey from heaviness into radiance, from stillness into clarity. This flow begins close to the earth, inviting release of stagnation through grounding breath and slow, steady movement. As the practice unfolds, warmth is gradually cultivated with intricate sequencing, and fluid transitions. Balancing strength with softness, effort with ease, the class integrates moments of pause, cooling breath, and reflection.

This is a donation-based class in support of the local food bank.
This gentle flow is designed to help you slow down, relax, and unwind during the busy Christmas season. Expect calming movement, deep stretches, and plenty of time to breathe, rest, and truly chill. Thank you for giving back to the community while taking time for yourself 💚
Instead of a class fee, we kindly ask participants to bring a monetary or non-perishable food item donation. All donations collected will be given directly to the food bank. Thank you for helping us support our community while taking time to relax, unwind, and move gently this holiday season.
